The Board of Directors of Tiscali SpA has appointed today Tommaso Pompei CEO of the Tiscali Group.
Tommaso Pompei will lead the Tiscali Group towards a new development phase pursuing the opportunities offered by a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
Ruud Huisman, who quit his managing role on 31st October 2005, has resigned today from the Board of Directors and from all his other responsibilities within the Group.
The Tiscali Group wish to thank Ruud Huisman for the work performed firstly as CEO of Tiscali Netherlands and then as CEO of the Group successfully implementing the refocusing and refinancing plans.
