Brussels, January 9, 2006 - Telematics and Services (T&S) reported today that its December 2005 sales increased by 46% from November 2005 to a record of EUR 1.6 million.
Compared to the month of December 2004, this is an increase of 40%
December 2005 gross margin increased by 61 % compared to November 2005 and by 49% compared to December 2004
Giuseppe M. Matassi, Executive VP said “We are pleased to report record monthly sales and gross margin for the month of December 2005, continuing our track record for growth and positioning us for exceeding our forecast for the FY 2006 ending in June 2006.”
Jean-Claude Munster, President and CEO added “We continue to expand our capabilities to serve our customers, and to strengthen our financial foundation to sustain the growth in the markets in which we operate. It is the net result of our capacity to continue to improve our added value in our offering. A major part of our revenues comes now from long term service contracts, providing smooth and stable revenues to our Company. We therefore enter the second half of our FY 06 with already booked revenues.
