Delft, December 2005 – The Delft-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software provider Green Valley has leapt by more than 100 places in the Deloitte Technology 500 Europe list of companies. The company, which was previously listed in 387th place, achieved 261st place in 2005.
Green Valley develops advanced ECM software to enable medium sized and large organisations to maintain portals, intranets and websites. The Dutch Royal Family, Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Dutch Red Cross are prestige clients.
Earlier this year, Green Valley gained a place in the Dutch Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50 list for the third time. This success proves that Green Valley is the fastest growing provider of Enterprise Content Management software in the Netherlands. Thanks to a growth in turnover of almost 300%, Green Valley has now also been included in the list of the 500 fastest growing companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
The market for ECM software is growing at an average rate of 20% per year. In the last few years Green Valley has realised a growth that has considerably exceeded that average. Michiel Riedijk, director of Green Valley, explains the success: “A jump of over 100 places in the list of best and fastest growing technology companies in Europe is important evidence that we are on the right track. The growth is realised through a strong and user-friendly product that is tuned to markets needs. We expect to be able to continue this growth in coming years by developing new products and technologies”.
