Novell and IGN Entertainment Achieve Success with Contracts Solution
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., October 13, 2005 – Oracle today announces Oracle Sales Contracts, a solution that helps companies gain control of their contract processes, provides visibility to contractual agreements and helps enforce compliance.
Oracle Sales Contracts allows organizations to standardize contract processes by providing standard templates, clauses and contract policy rules that can be enforced across the enterprise. Contract administrators and sales users can author contracts according to corporate standards and automatically drive compliance without the need for expensive integrations or data re-entry. Oracle Sales Contracts helps companies stay on top of all contractual obligations with automatic price and delivery enforcement and proactive management of customer performance against commitments.
