(Nasdaq: WGRD), a leading provider of network security, received the Editor’s Choice Award in the April 28, 2005, Network Computing feature “Firewall Blowout Part IV, Expanding Perimeter Protection.” The review compared competing products from Nokia, ServGate, Symantec, ZyXel, Check Point and Ingate. The WatchGuard Firebox X Core 2500 was rated highly by Network Computing’s expert reviewers for its general ease-of-use, configuration and management, effectiveness, performance, and reporting and logging features.
