The Telindus new router series enables the delivery of advanced legacy and IP based services oriented towards professional applications. The Telindus Broadband Business solution suite enables the cost effective roll-out of value-added services like Virtual Private Networks (VPN), Video and Voice over IP (VoIP), all supported through advanced Quality Of Service (QoS) mechanisms.
The complete Telindus Broadband Business suite includes access routers installed at customer premises and edge routers that can be installed within operator networks. The Telindus solution is built around the Telindus Dynamic Routing Engine (TDRE), which guarantees a common feature set across the different product lines and a uniform support by maintenance and management tools. It includes possibilities for the delivery of multi-service applications on top of Frame-Relay, Leased Line, ATM, ISDN or DSL connections.
The Telindus 1061 edge router, being launched on the Cebit event, is the latest add-on to the already existing Telindus Broadband Business family. It offers a full 155 Megabit routing performance, featuring advanced routing and service features for the support of professional IP based applications.
The Telindus 1061 router aims at delivering an extremely powerful yet cost-effective solution for service providers, medium-size and large enterprises.
