For instance, the KeepUp2Date component facilitates the rapid download of anti-virus database and program updates from dedicated Kaspersky Labs servers via the Internet. Anti-virus database updates are released twice daily, and are automatically downloaded by the solution. If any problems arise, the program automatically chooses an alternative server having saved the data that had already been downloaded. Should an administrator choose, the whole downloading process can be conducted manually.

The solution is fully integrated with the administration system Webmin. Webmin provides remote administration, changing of anti-virus protection configuration and viewing of application logs.
