SANTA CLARA, Calif., Dec. 15 -- Network Associates, Inc. (NYSE: NET), the leader in intrusion prevention solutions, today announced that it has agreed to sell its Magic Solutions assets to BMC Software for $47 million in cash.
Closing of the transaction is subject to customary conditions, including Hart-Scott-Rodino anti-trust clearance, and is expected in Q1 2004.
