KPN is in samenwerking met Credit Suisse First Boston gestart met de verkoop van zijn directe belang van 6,48% in Cesky Telecom.
De transactie zal de vrije verhandelbaarheid verhogen en zal de investor base van Cesky Telecom verbreden. KPN behoudt indirect 13,8% in Cesky Telecom via het 51% belang in Telsource.
De opbrengst van de aandelenverkoop wordt binnen afzienbare tijd bekendgemaakt.
