Microsoft Unify certification. With this certification,CONTACTCENTER4ALLconfirms
its position as an early adopter of Microsoft’s next-generation integration
model for Customer Contact in Microsoft Teams
The Unify integration model introduces a simplified and more powerful
architecture, designed to support advanced Omni-Channel and AI-driven call
center capabilities. CC4Teams supports this Unify model natively, allowing
organizations to run customer interactions directly within Microsoft Teams
while benefiting from greater flexibility, scalability, and innovation speed.
CC4Teams running on the Unify model enables organizations to use
Microsoft Teams as a modern Customer Contact platform without complex
migrations. Existing CC4Teams customers can switch to Unify or run the Extend
model and the Unify model side by side, keeping all queues, flows, and
configurations intact. This allows organizations to adopt new channels and
capabilities at their own pace while maintaining business continuity.
The first channel available on CC4Teams with the Unify model is WebChat,
which allows seamless escalation from a WebChat to a Video Call, received
directly in CC4Teams within Microsoft Teams. Additional channels will follow.
The Unify architecture also lays the foundation for advanced AI-powered
capabilities, including CC4Teams AI Agents, real-time assistance and
automation, which will be introduced in upcoming releases.
