Solvinity Group B.V., een aanbieder van veilige managed cloudplatforms en -diensten in Nederland, hebben een overeenkomst gesloten dat Solvinity zal worden overgenomen door Kyndryl Nederland B.V., een toonaangevende leverancier van bedrijfskritische technologiediensten voor ondernemingen.

Solvinity announces agreement to be acquired by Kyndryl Netherlands
Amsterdam, 7 November 2025 – The shareholders of Solvinity Group B.V., a provider of secure managed cloud platforms and services in the Netherlands, entered into an agreement for Solvinity to be acquired by Kyndryl Nederland B.V., a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services.

The terms of the intended transaction have not been disclosed. The transaction is subject to consultation with the relevant works councils and approval by the appropriate authorities.
