CM.com has taken note of the press release issued today by Bird in which Bird announced its public offer for all issued and outstanding shares in CM.com.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of CM.com will carefully review and consider the offer taking into account the interests of all stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers and other relevant parties.
CM.com will inform the market if and when required under applicable laws and regulations, or if other circumstances so warrant.
