Over the past eight years, Louis has led Novature and Companial through a transformative journey of professionalization and growth, establishing the company as a leading force within the Microsoft Dynamics partner ecosystem. Together with a dedicated team, he has expanded Companial’s offerings, strengthened its global presence, and solidified its reputation as a trusted partner for Microsoft and the broader Dynamics community.
As Companial and the Novature Dynamics Platform move into new growth stages, Louis will focus exclusively on his role as CEO of Novature. This strategic focus will enable him to expand Novature’s reach as a powerful platform dedicated to driving transformation and innovation in the Microsoft Dynamics landscape. His new focus will be on advancing Novature’s ambitions whilst continuing to support Companial’s goals and vision.

Rob Idink brings over 25 years of IT industry experience to Companial, with a proven track record in executive roles at Compaq, Hewlett-Packard Company and HP Inc. He is highly experienced in managing extensive partner networks, making him well-suited to lead Companial’s mission of empowering partners across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. Known for his authentic leadership style and his ability to balance strategic goals with a people-centric approach, Rob embodies the values that Companial holds dear.
