Barcelona / Amersfoort – September 14 , 2022. VozTelecom, TechData and SoftApp today announced the formation of a strategic Microsoft Teams telephony unified communication alliance.
This new alliance offers Spanish ICT, MS partners and Telecom resellers the ability to turn the Microsoft 365 tenant of their customer into a fully-fledged PBX in the cloud. As a result these customers can then also ‘make and receive calls’ using Microsoft Teams.
The alliance is unique because of the bundling of services. VozTelecom supplies the sip trunk and telephone numbers, TechData supplies the Microsoft Teams Phone Standard license and SoftApp the direct routing service, including a Teams direct routing auto provisioning tool.
All ICT and MS partners will be able to acquire the product offered by SoftApp and Voztelecom through TechData. To smooth things for customers and to test the product and service offered before purchasing, a proof of concept product will be put in place that will allow partners and customers to use the telephony service integrated into MS teams for a while before converting their communications service using Microsoft Teams.
