Geertruidenberg – myBrand, onderdeel van Conclusion, heeft de SAP® certificering voor operations capabilities in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) operations behaald. myBrand is hiermee een van de eerste Nederlandse bedrijven met deze certificering. Het certificaat laat zien dat myBrand voldoet aan de strenge vereisten van SAP betreffende het gebruik van dit platform.
“We gebruiken SAP BTP vooral binnen HR services,” zegt Roald Gerritsen, Director HR Solutions bij myBrand. “Ons team heeft op dit platform add-ons ontwikkeld die de standaard functionaliteit van SAP® SuccessFactors®, en daarmee ook de HR-processen van onze klanten, verrijken. Ons doel is om de ontwikkelmethodiek van onze add-ons uit te breiden naar SAP S/4HANA®, om buiten het HR-domein een nog rijkere selectie aan functionaliteit te bieden dan dit systeem van nature doet. We gebruiken BTP ook buiten het HR-domein en creëren klantspecifieke integraties tussen hun SAP-systeem en andere SAP en non-SAP applicaties. Dit certificaat is een kwaliteitsstempel die laat zien dat we alle kennis en vaardigheden in huis hebben om dit succesvol te kunnen doen.”
SAP biedt een certificeringsprogramma aan partners die klantomgevingen in de cloud of on premise managen. SAP-certified operations capabilities helpt klanten de beste service providers te identificeren, om zo in de kwaliteitsstandaarden, scope en geografische vereisten van de klant te voorzien. Tegelijkertijd biedt de certificering partners de mogelijkheid om de zichtbaarheid in de markt te vergroten en nieuwe omzet te genereren.
Voor deze certificering is specifiek gekeken naar gebieden zoals service portfolio, vaardigheden en certificeringen en het service management process. De audit is uitgevoerd in juni 2022 en myBrand heeft alle certificeringscriteria behaald.
“Middels Java bouwen we add-ons op SAP SuccessFactors,” zegt Jaron Frenk, Solutions Architect bij myBrand. “Bepaalde functionaliteit is bewust buiten de oplossing gelaten, zoals landspecifieke oplossingen. Denk hierbij aan wetgeving met betrekking tot verzuim. Omdat we zien dat onze klanten hier wel behoefte aan hebben, hebben we de verzuim- en poortwachter add-on gebouwd. Ook hebben we een digitaal personeelssysteem en een documentgenerator ontwikkeld. De vervolgstap is om te kijken welke extra functionaliteit van toegevoegde waarde is voor onze klanten die S/4HANA gebruiken, zodat we de juiste integraties kunnen ontwikkelen en onze klanten nog beter van dienst kunnen zijn.”

myBrand Achieves SAP® Certification for Operations Capabilities in SAP BTP Operations
Geertruidenberg – myBrand, part of Conclusion, today announced that it has achieved SAP® certification for operations capabilities in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) operations, one of the first Dutch companies to do so. By obtaining this certification, myBrand demonstrates that it meets the strict requirements of SAP regarding the use of the platform.
“We mainly use SAP BTP within HR services,” said Roald Gerritsen, Director HR Solutions at myBrand. “The add-ons our team has built enrich the standard functionality of SAP® SuccessFactors® and the HR processes of our customers. We aim to extend the development methodology to add-ons for SAP S/4HANA® to offer an even richer range of functionality outside the HR domain than the system already does on its own. We use SAP BTP outside the HR domain and realize customer-specific integrations between their SAP system and other SAP and non-SAP applications. This certificate is a seal of quality that demonstrates we have the in-house knowledge and skills to do this successfully.”
SAP offers a certification program for partners that manage customer environments in the cloud or on premise.
SAP-certified operations capabilities help customers identify best-in-class service providers to meet their requirements in terms of quality, scope, and geography, while certified partners can increase market visibility and drive new revenue.
For this certification, areas such as service portfolio, skills and certifications, and service management process were examined. The audit was carried out in June 2022, and myBrand passed all certification criteria.
“We use Java to build add-ons on SAP SuccessFactors,” said Jaron Frenk, Solution Architect at myBrand. “Certain functionality has been intentionally left out of the solution, such as country-specific solutions. This includes legislation on absenteeism. Because we see that customers do need this, we built the Absence and Gatekeeper add-on. We also developed a digital personnel file and a document generator. The next step is to see what additional functionality is of added value to customers who use SAP S/4HANA so we can develop the right applications and better serve our customers.”
