Amsterdam – 18.2.2021 – Viqtor Davis sluit zich aan bij de recent gevormde combinatie van First Consulting en het Scandinavische Valcon. Viqtor Davis kent haar oorsprong als dienstverlener voor datamanagement, datascience en data analytics. Met deze aansluiting wordt een volgende stap gezet in het realiseren van een Noordwest-Europese consulting en technology organisatie.
De combinatie van First Consulting (inclusief First Technology) en Valcon heeft een sterk track record aan dienstverlening op het gebied van operationele strategie, business transformaties (processen, technologie en implementatie) en digitalisering bij leidende bedrijven in Noordwest-Europa. Met de aansluiting van Viqtor Davis wordt dit versterkt met een sterk track record in Nederland en het Verenigd Koninkrijk op het gebied van data: van het data fundament tot geavanceerde analytische toepassingen.
Het gebruik van geavanceerde analytische toepassingen om operationele beslissingen te verbeteren is een topprioriteit in elke directiekamer. De impact van Covid-19 en de versnelde behoefte om te digitaliseren versterken deze ontwikkeling. De digitale en fysieke wereld binnen organisaties zijn in toenemende mate versmolten. Het is een cruciale uitdaging om de twee op één lijn te brengen. De nieuwe groep is optimaal toegerust om met de combinatie van business consulting, technologie en data echte veranderingen bij een klant te bedenken en implementeren.
Met deze stap groeit het gezamenlijke bedrijf naar ruim 800 medewerkers in Nederland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, Denemarken, Zweden en Duitsland. Met deze aansluiting treedt Viqtor Davis ook toe tot het gezamenlijk management team van de groep. De groep wordt ondersteund door private equity investeringsgroep Waterland.

Viqtor Davis has its origin as a service provider for data management, data science and data analytics. This joining of forces is a next step in the journey to become a leading North-western European consulting and technology organisation.
The combination of First Consulting (including First Technology) and Valcon has a strong track record in helping leading companies in North-western Europe with operational strategy, business transformation (processes, technology and implementation) and digitalisation. Upon joining forces with Viqtor Davis, this is strengthened with a strong track record in helping leading companies in the Netherlands and UK with all aspects on data: from data management to advanced data solutions.
Using advanced analytics to improve operational decisions is top of mind in any board room. The impact of Covid-19 and the accelerated need to digitise boost this development.
