A total of 793,650 options have been granted to the Managing Director of TIE France SAS. The strike price amounts to EUR 0.126 which is yesterday’s closing price of the TIE stock. Fifty percent (50%) of the options have a vesting period of one year, the remaining fifty percent (50%) have a vesting period of two years; the full term amounts to ten (10) years.
