Systinet's mission is to help enterprises solve critical business problems by applying Web services technologies to create a service oriented architecture (SOA).

Systinet's platform-independent, standard-based products make it easy to build Java and C++ Web services applications, extend existing integration middleware to support Web services, and publish and discover services so they can be reused. The Systinet product family (formerly named WASP) is based on industry-standards such as XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI. Over 100 clients drawn from the Global 1000 rely on Systinet technology, include Amazon.com, BMC Software, JP Morgan, Motorola, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and T-Mobile.

Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, and with engineering operations in Prague, Czech Republic, Systinet is a privately-held company with over 130 employees. In March 2002, Systinet announced venture funding from Warburg Pincus.
